Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matters of Indian Infotech & Software Limited (IISL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170922-10 dated September 22, 2017 wherein SEBI, vide its Order no WTM/MPB/ISD/ 35 /2017 dated September 21, 2017, hereby, modified, the actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07,2017 (issued vide Exchange notice no 20170807-31 dated August 07,2017),wherein the promoters and directors in Indian Infotech & Software Limited (IISL) are permitted only to buy the securities of Indian Infotech & Software Limited (IISL). The shares held by the promoters and directors in Indian Infotech & Software Limited (IISL) shall not be allowed to be transfered for sale, by depositories.
SEBI now, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/134/2018 dated February 08, 2018 has hereby confirmed the directions contained in the Interim Order dated September 21, 2017.
This Order shall come into force w.e.f. February 8, 2018.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
